As we all know there is a lack of black models on the runways and I never understood why that is when our skin is so beautiful against clothes. The fashion world is taking baby steps toward changing that but until it is changed I thought I would just do spotlight on some of my favorite brown models in the industry. How to Wear: Military

Hey guys! I have decided to create a series called How to Wear. This installment is about my take on the military trend. This trend is very big this summer and usually I will take a trend and add my own little twist because as we all know trends do not last. Now when you wear a military inspired outfit you have to be careful because it may come off a little hard if you don't execute the look the right way. The way I wear military is very simple. I add a pop of COLOR. It makes it feminine. How I add that pop of color is to my lips. I love to wear a hot pink lip. It just makes the whole look stand out because it is so neutral. If a bright lip is too much for you then just add a bright shoe or a bright statement accessory.
